Resource work for people who face their challenges and want to deliver — and who sense that skill alone no longer carries them. Across six stations you become aware of yourself again and realign. So that you lead yourself, instead of being driven.
Erleben · Erkennen · Entwickeln · Einbringen
For people who deliver — on stage, in sport, at work. And who reach a point where skill alone is no longer enough.
When you face new tasks and challenges and want to find your footing again.
When you deliver and notice that skill alone no longer carries you forward.
When decisions are due that need to come from within you — not from outside.
You become aware of yourself. You recognise the patterns by which you act, think and feel — and the motives behind them.
From there you can realign. Lead yourself. And stay effective, even when it counts.
Why “Into the Groove”?
When I listen closely to a record, without distraction, I learn an incredible amount about the artist: their motivation, their emotions, their values, their skills and needs — and what they are connected to.
And I thought: that is exactly what we do with a person. We dive into their groove and look at what they are connected to.
Because groove has two sides. The groove of a record — what was carved into you, without anyone asking. And the furrow in a field — the track into which you sow on purpose. One runs automatically. The other you choose.
It’s the groove, not the move.
Into the Groove is the roof. The real work lies beneath it — and it begins in the body. No transformation without the body.
Freedom and quality of movement. The body first — because what blocks you can rarely be thought away.
Self-efficacy and the ability to act. You shape again, instead of only reacting.
Connection and direction. With yourself, with others, with what truly matters to you.
The groove is the loop: Movement leads into Creativity, Creativity into Resonance — and Resonance back into the body.
Six stations. Not a course to tick off, but an arc you walk.
Every session begins in the body — in movement, not in theory. Only then do we think, speak and make sense of it.
Eight places. Deliberately small, so there is room for whatever surfaces in you.

Your decisions should not exploit you. They should clear your path and carry you with ease.
I come from movement. From dancing, from competition, from the stage — and from professions where I delivered when it counted. What I learned there: skill alone stops carrying you at some point.
That is why I don’t work with techniques, but with principles. And not only with the mind, but with mind, body and connection.
I see myself as a teacher, not a coach. My aim is not for you to need me — but for you to be able to do it yourself afterwards. Without me.
